Hello world, you have reached the homepage of Delaney Gomen! I am pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at Georgia Tech where I am advised by Michael Specter in the Security, Privacy, and Democracy Lab.

I am interested in solving problems in security that threaten democratic society. Specifically, I like to focus on how concepts in the field of usable privacy and security interact with public policy and law.

In my research, I use an interdisciplinary approach that combines my background in statistics along with several years of experience as a data scientist at a national nonprofit, where projects I contributed to were featured in places like The Washington Post [1, 2] and Politico [1].
